Yoga Fundamentals: 6 week beginners series

A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.Join if you are a beginner or more advanced student who just wants to refine alignment. This ongoing, gentle series is done in a semi-private environment (12 max attendees) to ensure everyone gets personalized, hands-on attention. This 6-week series is perfect for those new to yoga. Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practices, basic Yoga “lingo”, meditation, deep relaxation, and more. Each week will introduce a new foundational yoga poses, and teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, leaving you more comfortable and confident in your body.All classes conclude with blissful relaxation. Join the supportive, warm community at The Remedy Day Spa! No experience required.

About the Instructor:
Kimberly Lewis, E-RYT, MEd., is a dedicated mama, student, teacher of Yoga and Ayurveda. She offers classes, workshops and private lessons in Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Ayurveda as well as wellness consultations in lifestyle, diet and movement therapy. She studies under the world renowned Dr. Vasant Lad, Shiva Rea, Maria Garre and Sonia Masoc
