As fall rolls in, and we begin to reflect on the year, I’m taking note of all that we’ve learned. We’ve learned that resilience is essential. We’ve learned how to bend and sway with uncertainty and change. We’ve learned to double down on what’s important; compassion, empathy, connectedness. We’ve learned that we are always learning.

I’m looking forward to the season change, and leaning in to the internal shift that it always brings. I’m looking towards the horizon and counting my multitude of blessings, filling with gratitude for my abundant community, and then ruthlessly eliminating that which doesn’t serve me, making room for new things that do.

I invite you to lean in with me, stand in your grit and thrive. Make it to the other side of the discomfort in order to find yourself still standing, tall. Learn more about what makes you boundless and profuse.
