Loved everything about the experience! From the moment I walked in the door I felt happy. I did the $20 soak and sauna special. This place is huge!! The building is so well appointed. I had purchased a introductory massage for a sale price and the customized deep clean facial for my girlfriend’s birthday present. The facial was with Emma and the massage was with Jovina. It was a very welcoming environment. She had access to the jacuzzi before her massage. Just a great experience all together. A complimentary beverage was provided for her while she enjoyed her sauna time. It’s was a beautiful business, such a sight for sore eyes. Jovina was very knowledgeable on muscle pain and seemed very concerned about her “cracking” shoulder. She provided exercises that could be done to help stretch out and alleviate future pain. She was very pleased about her whole situation. As for me, I dealt mostly with Mandy. Let me say she is the most amazing person! She was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Was on top of the situation, and everything was handled seamlessly. It was such a great relief to have someone so dependable, and this is the first time we’ve dealt with this place. As long as Mandy is running the fort, they’ll have our continued business.
I love this place! Heather gave me such a great massage and really listened to what I needed and designed a treatment around that. The bromide hot tub and sauna after are an awesome bonus. I have been to many spas and this now my fav. At others I’ve felt like I was on a conveyor belt; just another client that day in a place that books more people at a time than it should because it is motivated by money. This place is the real deal and I will definitely be back. A lot!
The Remedy Day Spa was such a treat! Everyone was so professional and talented. I had a massage with Tara and a pedicure with Katie. The massage room was so beautiful and relaxing, and Tara had hands of an angel and the pressure was spot on. She knows just what your muscles need! My pedicure turned out perfect and it was such a pleasure talking with Katie. My feet were in bad shape and needed a lot of TLC. I left there with baby smooth feet and a perfectly painted toes. There is a good selection of colors to choose from too. There is free parking in front of the building and more in the street if needed. They give you a warm welcoming and a robe and towel if you are getting a massage. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and relaxing. There is an outdoor relaxing area with lounge chairs, hottub, and sauna. Definitely treat yourself or someone else!
