The Remedy Wellness Studio changed formats as of December 1, 2021.
We no longer use the MindBody system and all classes run independently through the instructor.
REMINDER: Students pay instructors directly for classes.

In-Studio, In-person classes.

  • Classes on the calendar are titled with the class type and instructor name – all classes are open to the public unless listed as private.
  • All classes are run independently through the scheduled instructor. All payments must be made to the instructor directly.
  • There are studio props, but we recommend that you bring your own props – mat, blocks, straps, & blanket.
  • Masks are optional for all classes and workshops.
