Morning Vinyasa class is invigorating and refreshing with enough movement and activity to help you get going for your day. The class usually opens with a breathing practice that allows students to bring focus and intention to their practice. Time is also taken to properly warm up the body to allow any stiffness and tension from the night to subside. Dave also likes to begin and end with a short chant to set the space. The environment of the class is casual and fun and students are encouraged to take their own variations as they want, with guidance as to how they can safely get the most out of their practice. Morning Vinyasa is a great way to start your day!
