A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.Join if you are a beginner or more advanced student who just wants to refine alignment. This ongoing, gentle series is done in a semi-private environment (12 max attendees) to ensure everyone gets personalized, hands-on attention. This 6-week series is perfect for those new to yoga. Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practices, basic Yoga \u201clingo\u201d, meditation, deep relaxation, and more. Each week will introduce a new foundational yoga poses, and teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, leaving you more comfortable and confident in your body.All classes conclude with blissful relaxation.
