Enhanced Safety Protocols for In-Person Classes

What to expect:

Register for class

  • We recommend registering for class ahead of time. We do welcome walk-ins!
  • Cancellation must be made two hours before the start of the class in order to allow someone from the waitlist to get into the class. You will be charged for class if you do not cancel.
  • Update your payment method prior to arrival – the method you used to register for the class will be charged.
  • Complete your digital intake paperwork in advance. You’ll receive a link via email when you register.
  • Please stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19  or if you are coughing, experiencing difficulty breathing, or have a fever of 100.4 degrees.

At the wellness center

  • Per the new state mandate, all guests must wear masks inside the wellness center.
  • You can check in at the desk inside the wellness center.
  • It is recommended that you bring your own mat and props but we do have mats and props for you to use at the studio.
    • If you use the studio’s mat and props, please leave them at your place on the floor at the end of class for proper sanitation.

Employee protocols

Our new employee policies help maximize the safety of guest and staff.

  • All staff have received COVID-19 specific training.
  • All employees undergo a wellness check daily (temperature + COVID-19 screening)
  • Employees must wash their hands frequently and diligently, per CDC guidelines.

In a perfect world, every employee would love their jobs, and the workplace would always be an environment where employees are built up, supported, and treated fairly. However, if you’re an employee facing favoritism from your boss, it can be demoralizing and impact your job satisfaction and performance. It’s essential to navigate this situation carefully to ensure your concerns are addressed without causing undue conflict.

Cleaning & Common Space protocols

The standards for cleanliness and hygiene have always been industry-leading at The Remedy. We’ve increased the frequency and stringency of our cleaning protocols both in-room and in our common spaces — lobbies, classrooms, retail areas, relaxation lounge, and staff areas.

  • All surfaces are cleaned frequently, along with the most commonly touched objects like door handles. Our cleaning solutions are medical grade and are FDC approved for Human Coronavirus.
  • All props, mats, and blankets, are thoroughly disinfected using medical grade, FDC approved solutions.
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout for guest and staff use.
